Steps to redeem:
1) Purchase a qualifying Lenovo product between 22nd January – 31st March 2018
2) Visit to complete the claim form, up to 30 days from the date of purchase
3) Upon successful validation of your claim, receive your reward via bank transfer within 45 working days

When you claim you will need to provide:

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you will be eligible to receive a cashback reward when you purchase a Qualifying Lenovo product.

  1. The Lenovo Cashback promotion is valid on purchases of brand new qualifying Lenovo Notebooks, Tablets & Desktops as listed at
    (“Qualifying Products”) between 22nd January 2018 and 31st March 2018 (“promotional period”).
  2. Each Qualifying Product has a corresponding cashback reward (Reward) value as detailed on the Qualifying Products section listed here
  3. The promotion is open to individual residents who conduct business (providing a valid ABN or NZBN) or companies (providing a valid ACN or New Zealand Company Number) in Australia & New Zealand only (”Eligible Purchaser”). This offer is not open to employees of Lenovo Australia or New Zealand, their affiliates, suppliers and participating outlets or anyone connected with the promotion. Claims must be submitted by the Eligible Purchaser only. Resellers & Business Partners may not submit claims on behalf of their business customers or an Eligible Purchaser.
  4. In order to take up this offer, Eligible Purchaser are required to upload proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product in the form of a sales invoice or receipt clearly detailing the purchase of the Qualifying Product, product model, part number, serial number, purchase date, purchase price and reseller/retailer name in addition to: receipt/invoice number, ABN,ACN, NZBN or New Zealand Company Number, name, address, bank details, mobile/phone number (with opt out to sms confirmations of claim status)at or and click “Claim Now.”
  5. Eligible Purchasers must claim the cashback reward within 30 days from date of purchase, the day of purchase counts as day 1.
  6. A maximum of five (5) Rewards per ABN / ACN / NZBN / New Zealand Company Number during the Offer Period will be accepted by Lenovo.
  7. Any claim submitted by an Eligible Purchasers will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase of the Qualifying Product. The verification of the claim will be communicated to the customer within three (3) business days via email from

Eligible Purchasers providing an incomplete or incorrect claim under the Cashback Claim process will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven (7) business days. If the Eligible Purchaser still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for Reward will be deemed invalid.
  9. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, a payment for the Reward will be paid via bank transfer to the bank account submitted as part of the claim process within 45 Business Days following confirmation of a valid claim.
  10. Eligible Purchasers will not be able to claim this offer on returned items.
  11. Lenovo reserves the right to closely monitor usage of the promotional website, including users’ IP addresses, so that we may identify misuse, and disqualify applications. Any such activities of Lenovo will be conducted in accordance with Lenovo’s Privacy Policy, which is located at (for Australia) and (for New Zealand).
  12. Lenovo is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
  13. If a claim for a Reward is refused because the terms of the offer have not been met, the Lenovo’s decision is final.
