Every two years, universities and technical institutes from across the globe compete in the World Solar Car Challenge, travelling 3000km from Darwin to Adelaide in solar-powered cars.
A team of engineers, designers and students from the University of Western Sydney utilised Lenovo workstations and laptops to simulate and design their solar vehicle, and then track and process data during the race.
